Doctor Emmanuel Puddicombe, originally from Scotland, has lived in Rochester, NY since 1999. He received his dental degree from the Kiev Medial Institute (now he National Medical University) in Kiev, Ukraine. He then completed his certificate program in Oral Surgery.
He has Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester and completed the General Practice Residency program at Strong Medical Hospital in Rochester, which includes hundreds of hours of postgraduate course in dentistry. He has recently completed the continuum at The Nash Institute for Dental Learning in Charlotte, NC lead by world renowned dentist Dr. Ross Nash.
