Dr. Haselhorst is a native of Colorado and went to school at the University of Colorado in Boulder before attending Northwestern University Dental School. The doctor has been practicing since 1984 in the Western Suburbs and the Chicago Loop (a few years later he opened his first Naperville Dental Office). Dr. Haselhorst was an instructor at Northwestern University Dental School, from 1984 to 2002. The doctor’s professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and United States Dental Institute. He was awarded Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1990, for attaining over 500 hours of continuing Dental Education. Professional, staff and patient education are all important parts of his practice.

We offer a comfortable, informal, and relaxed atmosphere throughout our dental office. Our goal is to reduce traditional dental anxieties. To do that, we stress an attitude of prevention, rather than repair-and-wait. As we help you develop good dental health appreciation and hygiene habits, your subsequent visits will be most pleasant and predictable (for both of us).

Listing Features

Replace Missing Teeth: Single or Multiple
Replacing a single tooth with a single tooth implant does not endanger the health of the neighboring teeth. Because a dental implant will replace your tooth root, the bone is better preserved. Dental implants integrate with your jawbone, helping to keep the bone healthy and intact. Several missing teeth can also be replaced with individual implants. With this method, a dental implant will be placed at the site of each missing tooth, providing ideal replicas of your lost teeth. Multiple teeth may also be restored with an implant bridge, which is a prosthetic comprised of three or more crown units, depending upon the number of missing teeth.
Stabilizing Loose Full/Partial dentures
One of the most rewarding and exciting new procedures in dentistry today is the system for making loose dentures tight and comfortable. Mini dental implants provide denture patients with the ability to eat, smile and speak with confidence. In as little as 1 hour, 4-6 dental implants can be placed and your dentures can be fitted over the implants. The patient leaves the office with stable denture which can be used IMMEDIATELY. In addition, placement of these implants results in little to no post operative discomfort. Many patients who were not candidates for conventional implants because they didn’t have enough bone or because of finances are now mini dental implant candidates.
Semi Removable Bridge
Made of Hybrid Resin or Zirconia, the removable bridge involves placement of between 6-10 implants, determined by bone volume and bone quality. This is a fixed hybrid bridge that can be detached by the dentist as needed at recall cleaning visits.
